Please park in the AFC lot (located at 1 Pool Plaza, off Delaware Rd)
Dates: June 4-August 31, 2022
Mondays: Yoga at 6:30 PM (no class 7/4)
Wednesdays: Core & Stretch at 6:30 PM
Saturdays: Total Body Conditioning at 9:00 AM
