Residents of the Town of Tonawanda receive water/sewer billings quarterly. Industrial users receive billings monthly. Included on each bill will be the billing period, utility consumption during the period, capital improvement fee, the amount due for services and the payment due date. The Water Billing Department can be reached at 716-871-8843

5,000 to 18,000 gallons $4.66 per thousand
19,000 to 5,000,000 gallons $3.97 per thousand
5,001,000 gallons and over $3.40 per thousand
Capital improvement fee $3.92 fixed fee
Sewer Cap Improvement Fee $3.92 fixed fee
Sewer charge $4.47 per thousand
