Spring I Adult Lap Swim Training
Winter I Adult Lap Swim Training-Currently Going
We typically have five swim sessions each year beginning in January, mid-Spring, Summer, early Fall and mid-Fall. Registration typically begins two weeks prior to the start of a session for Members, and the week before lessons begin for Non-Members. Please contact our front desk for specific dates as holidays and the timing of various seasonal events may impact when registration may begin.
Online registration is not permitted for Swim Lessons as we need to place your child into the proper swim lesson level—hence the need for lesson testing (see below). So as you check this site, you can find information as to our current session of classes through the link above. To check the class availability, feel free to call us at 876-7424. To register, you will need to stop by the Aquatic & Fitness Center, be tested, and then register. We accept cash, check, Mastercard, Visa, and our Gift Card.
Children that have reached their fourth birthday should be lesson tested in order to make an accurate determination of your child’s skill level. By doing so we are able to place them into the proper swim level base on their age and current ability (not their ability the last time they swam).
Some points to keep in mind regarding Lesson Testing:
- To register for swim lessons, a Swim Lesson Testing Verification & Registration Form or Report Card, issued within the past month, must be presented at the front desk in order to register.
- Current registrants will be evaluated/tested at the end of the lesson session in which they are currently enrolled.
- First time swimmers will be required to be tested prior to the first day of class.
Our lesson testing times are Saturdays after 2 pm and Sundays after 12 noon. Please call 876-7424 to schedule a time for a test.
For maximum satisfaction with our lesson program, please review our Swim Lesson Guidelines.
