At the Aquatic & Fitness Center, we offer land and water aerobics classes that you can enroll in.  As an additional cost to a membership, or through one of our “punch cards” or “walk-in rate” methods, you can enjoy a wide variety of classes.  Click HERE to check our pricing.  

We offer classes 7 days a week, both on land and in the water.  These classes range from high intensity, upbeat aerobics, all the way to moderate paced classes for beginners or those suffering joint pains. Linked below, we have provided our current class schedules which includes descriptions of each class.  A list of our classes has also been provided on this page.
