About our Community Development Programs
The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) provides annual funding for all of the Town's Community Development Programs. HUD provides these annual grants to approximately 1,200 qualified cities and counties across the U.S. to develop viable urban communities by providing decent housing, a suitable living environment, and by expanding economic opportunities, principally for low to moderate income persons.
